Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused executive to handle sales enquiries, follow up with customers and support our steel sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective customers, dealers and contractors to understand their steel requirements.

Handle incoming enquiries over calls and WhatsApp.

Share approved quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up schedules.

Coordinate with sales, accounts and operations teams for order processing and customer updates.

Reconnect with existing customers to generate repeat business.

Share daily reports on calls, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.

Requirements

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer handling.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confidence in follow-ups, customer conversations and closing sales.

Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel and basic computer applications.

Experience in steel, cement, construction materials or B2B sales is preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
