About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding overseas work, immigration and visa opportunities and converting enquiries into successful applications. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding overseas work visas, immigration and visa processes. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable countries and visa options. Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online enquiries. Explain visa procedures, documentation, timelines and service charges clearly. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process. Coordinate with internal processing teams for documentation and application updates. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client status. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Build strong and professional relationships with clients. RequirementsPrevious experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education or international recruitment is preferred. Strong communication and counselling skills. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable making calls and following up with leads. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
