Department: Patient Care & Treatment Coordination Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a patient-focused and responsible individual to assist patients throughout their healthcare journey, from initial screening and hospital referrals to treatment, surgery coordination, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, and treatment procedures. - Coordinate patient appointments, hospital visits, admissions, and surgeries. - Assist eligible patients with Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY documentation and verification. - Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams for timely treatment. - Follow up with patients regarding referrals, scheduled procedures, and post-treatment visits. - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment status reports. - Address patient queries with empathy and escalate clinical concerns to qualified professionals. - Help patients from economically weaker sections access available healthcare assistance. Eligibility & Skills: - Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or hospital administration preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in patient care or hospital coordination preferred. - Basic computer and documentation skills. - Empathetic, organised, and capable of handling patient queries professionally
