Junior Merchandiser – Garment Manufacturing | Production Coordination, TNA, Vendor Follow-ups

Job Description

We are a garment manufacturing company supplying to domestic brands and select export clients. We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser to support order execution through sampling, production coordination, and vendor follow-ups.

This is a hands-on role for candidates who want to grow in apparel merchandising and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sampling and approvals with internal teams and buyers

Maintain and update TNA (Time & Action calendar)

Follow up with fabric and trims vendors

Coordinate with production, cutting, stitching, and finishing teams

Track order status, materials, and delivery timelines

Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), order sheets, and MIS reports

Support in basic costing and data tracking

Requirements

0–2 years experience in garment manufacturing / merchandising / factory coordination

Basic understanding of garment production process

Working knowledge of Excel (tracking sheets, MIS)

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Strict Filters

• Only candidates with factory / manufacturing exposure preferred
