POSITION: SECURITY FIELD OFFICER
Job Location: Gurgaon(Haryana)
Vacancies: [Number of Positions]

Experience: 5+ years Experienced
Salary: ₹25000-35000 per month
Duty Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and hire Security Guards, Security Supervisors, and Security Officers as per the manpower requirements of different sites.

Ensure timely deployment of suitable security personnel at client sites.

Conduct regular site visits and inspect security operations.

Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff.

Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and management.

Maintain recruitment records, staff attendance, and daily field reports.

Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacements when required.

Requirements

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Experience in security manpower recruitment and field operations preferred.

Ability to manage multiple sites and fulfill urgent manpower requirements.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Work Location: Gurgaon Haryana
