Key Responsibilities
Handle resale properties in assigned societies.
Connect and coordinate with interested buyers.
Understand buyer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Arrange and manage property visits.
Follow up with buyers and negotiate to close deals.
Build good relationships with buyers and property owners.
Important Note
No daily cold calling required. A separate calling team will handle calls and generate buyer leads.
The freelancer will focus on buyer coordination, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Earnings will be commission-based, linked to successful deals.
Ideal Candidate
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Interest or experience in real estate resale.
Ability to handle clients and convert leads into successful deals.
