Job Overview
True Reckoner Advisory Services is hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – US Accounting to join our growing finance team. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in accounting, bookkeeping, and international financial reporting.
Candidates will gain practical exposure to US Accounting processes, accounting software, financial reporting, and coordination with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with General Ledger maintenance.
Prepare and record journal entries under guidance.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with financial reporting and taxation-related assignments.
Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave.
Coordinate with internal teams and assist in resolving accounting queries.
Maintain accurate financial records and follow established accounting procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, debit and credit, journal entries, and financial statements.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant accounting experience are also welcome.

- Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications may also apply.
