We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality food and an excellent guest experience.

Locations

Vashi, Kurla, Churchgate, Lower Parle

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and SOPs.

Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team in daily operations.

Monitor stock, maintain proper food storage, and minimize wastage.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience in a professional restaurant, bar, or hotel kitchen.

Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
