Job Overview
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate for a luxury retail outlet at Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
Manage billing, stock checks, and inventory coordination as required.
Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of grooming and customer service.
Requirements
Prior experience in retail sales is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident personality with professional grooming and presentation.
Strong customer service and selling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
Must be a Mumbai local and comfortable working in airport shifts.
