Job Title: Team Leader - Telesales / Outbound Sales (Punjabi Language)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and drive our telesales team to surpass revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales executives to crush daily and monthly targets.

Conduct regular coaching, live call monitoring, and pitch optimization.

Track KPIs (conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue) and drive performance accountability.

Handle escalations and ensure streamlined lead management via CRM tools.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales/telesales.

Proven track record of managing a high-performing sales team.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and target-driven mindset.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
