Job Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plywood shops, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote the company’s range of plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, and related products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates to management.
• Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in plywood, laminates and hardware.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
