Job Summary

Narayana Diagnostics is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote diagnostic services, develop new business opportunities, and build strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for diagnostic services.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and corporate clients to promote services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
• Promote diagnostic tests, health packages, and corporate health check-up programs.
• Organize health camps and coordinate with corporate clients for camp activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily visit reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or healthcare will be preferred.
• Experience in sales or business development is desirable; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
• Knowledge of the local Lucknow market will be an advantage.

Field Work Requirements

• Regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate offices across Lucknow.
• Ability to travel locally for business meetings, client follow-ups, and health camps.
• Maintain professional client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
