Senior HR Manager – FMCG

Mr Kirana is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager with a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including mandatory experience in the FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and statutory compliance. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR processes, supporting sales team expansion, and building an efficient workforce to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Plan workforce requirements in coordination with management and department heads.
• Manage recruitment and HR support for FMCG sales teams and field staff.
• Monitor employee performance and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS reports, workforce analytics, and management reports.
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance improvement programmes.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and HRMS records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Previous work experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee management.
• Practical experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee documentation.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing sales teams, field staff, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS software, and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with senior management.
