JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage financial governance, reporting, compliance, analytics, transformation, and performance management activities by ensuring regulatory adherence, operational effectiveness, financial integrity, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement in support of organizational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Analysis

Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Documentation

Document business processes, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Process Improvement

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Governance

Ensure that processes comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.

Performance Monitoring

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.

Training

Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Range

5 to 8 years
