As an Elite Banker, you will be a key driver of our business growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential high-value customers, offering tailored financial solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively identify and engage with potential high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide tailored financial solutions.

Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective outbound calling and relationship management.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business banking strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales or business development role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound calls.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies.

A professional and positive attitude, with a focus on client satisfaction.
