Job Summary

We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to handle customer communication and payment follow-ups for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves speaking with customers regarding pending EMI payments, understanding their concerns, discussing suitable payment solutions and maintaining proper follow-up records.

Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls regarding pending loan payments.

Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments.

Communicate payment details and outstanding amounts clearly.

Discuss repayment options and payment commitments with customers.

Handle customer questions, concerns and escalations professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams when required for account resolution.

Follow collection procedures and quality standards.

Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Loan Collections, Customer Service or Sales.

BFSI / NBFC experience will be an advantage.

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

Comfortable working with performance-based targets.

Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Telugu

Knowledge of Kannada, Malayalam or another regional language will be an added advantage.
