• Skincare \& Facial Treatments: Clients ka skin analysis karna, customized facials aur chemical peels perform karna, aur daily skincare regimens recommend karna.
• Nail Care: Expert manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel overlays, aur customized nail art provide karna.
• Hair Removal: Waxing, threading, aur sugaring ke zariye temporary aur permanent hair removal procedures karna.
• Makeup Artistry: Clients se consult karke unhe daily wear, parties, ya special bridal occasions ke liye makeup apply karna.
• Client Consultations: Salon guests ka welcome karna, unke beauty goals ko samajhna, aur accurate treatment histories ka record rakhna.
• Sales \& Up-selling: Client ke profile ke hisab se retail beauty products aur add-on treatments recommend aur sell karna.
• Salon Hygiene: Har use ke baad safety regulations ke mutabik saare equipment, workstations, aur metal tools ko clean, sanitize, aur sterilize karna.
• Inventory Management: Cosmetics, lotions, aur tools ke stock levels ko monitor karna, aur reordering ke liye management ko alert karna.

Key Requirements \& Skills (Zaroori Qualifications aur Skills)

• Proven Experience: Beautician ya salon assistant ke roop mein practical experience ko preference di jayegi.
• Technical Expertise: Basic hair, skin, aur nail procedures par acchi hands-on command honi chahiye.
• Soft Skills: Kamaal ki active listening, verbal communication, aur customer relations skills honi chahiye.
• Education \& Licensing: High school diploma, equivalent, ya 10th-pass certificate ke saath cosmetology ya beauty therapy mein professional certification hona zaroori hai.
