Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused F&B Server to join our team at ALMA 104. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong team player with a positive attitude who can manage service efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on specials or menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner while adhering to ALMA's service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained throughout the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Process payments, issue bills, and provide accurate receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, including any special dietary options.
• Assist with daily setup, stock replenishment, and closing tasks as needed.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and a proactive approach to service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Skills

Knowledge of sustainability practices in F&B.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
