Key Responsibilities
- Bakery Operations: Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and sanitation.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor bakery staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory, minimize waste, and optimize supply chain logistics.
- Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Experience in artisanal baking - Sourdough bread, Baguettes ,Croissants, Focaccia, Ciabatta, Bagels, Brioche.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent baking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
