Operations Executive - Travel Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of Voyra's B2B travel portal. The role will involve handling travel agent queries, resolving portal and booking-related issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth portal operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the travel industry, preferably with a B2B travel portal, OTA, travel agency, travel consolidator, or travel-tech company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the day-to-day backend operations of the B2B travel portal.

Handle queries and concerns raised by travel agents and provide timely resolutions.

Assist agents with portal-related issues including login, bookings, cancellations, amendments, refunds, payments, credit limits and other operational concerns.

Monitor booking and transaction-related issues and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.

Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure proper closure within the required timeline.

Support travel agents in understanding and effectively using the B2B portal.

Monitor portal functionality, availability, content, rates, inventory and booking flow, wherever applicable.

Identify recurring portal or operational issues and communicate them to the concerned team for corrective action.

Maintain proper records of agent queries, complaints, issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Min 2 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.

Prior experience handling a travel portal or travel-tech platform will be preferred.

Experience in travel agent support, B2B operations, booking operations or travel portal management.

Good understanding of travel booking processes and B2B travel operations.

Experience with travel products such as Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Visa or other travel services will be an advantage.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
