Manage day-to-day procurement activities for steel, structural materials, consumables and other project requirements.

Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.

Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely execution of orders.

Monitor material requirements, pending orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Production, Projects, Stores and Accounts teams for smooth procurement.

Handle vendor follow-ups, price negotiations and resolution of supply-related issues.

Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, quotations, POs and procurement reports.

Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.

Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline; engineering or supply-chain background preferred.

3–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.

PEB, structural steel or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.
