job Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, investigations, and treatments.

Provide basic information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and timings.

Make follow-up calls to patients as per hospital requirements.

Maintain accurate records of calls and patient enquiries.

Coordinate with reception, doctors, nursing, and other hospital departments.

Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Any Graduate.

Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, Hospital Receptionist, or Healthcare Telecaller will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.
