Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions smoothly across both voice calls and digital chat channels.
Provide timely resolution to customer queries and ensure high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records and log details of customer interactions in the system.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
- 12th Pass or Graduates (Freshers are welcome!)
- Experience
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical
- Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
