Dhruv Gems Pvt. Ltd. is a growing name in premium jewellery retail, dealing in Gold, Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery.

Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements and close sales effectively.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Gemstone Jewellery including purity, weight, certification, and pricing.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, repeat business and occasion-based enquiries.
Manage stock display, proper tagging, daily stock tally and coordinate with the billing team.
Represent the company at outstation exhibitions across India. Must be willing to stay in other cities for 5-15 days during exhibitions. (All Travel, Accommodation and Food expenses will be borne by the company).
Follow up on exhibition leads and submit timely sales reports to management.

Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Jewellery Sales or Premium Retail Showroom Sales. Candidates with jewellery background will be preferred.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Basic English.
Skills: Well-groomed, confident, excellent communication and convincing skills.
Other: Must be fully available for frequent outstation travel without any restrictions. Must be honest, trustworthy and responsible as the role involves handling high-value stock.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software is required.
