Branch Manager - Sales for BIHAR or U.P. FRESHER

We are the group of companies working in Pan India since 2007 in more than 20 industries like retail, pharmaceuticals, fmcg, microfinance, insurance, real estate etc. we are having our head office in Lucknow, uttar pradesh and operating our entire approx 3250 employees over 245 branches of India from our head office.

Job Location:- BIHAR OR UTTAR PRADESH (any district of any state) बिहार या उत्तर प्रदेश (किसी भी राज्य का कोई भी ज़िला)

Terms and conditions for attending the interview:-

The candidate must be agree to relocate theirself at any district of any state given above. उम्मीदवार को ऊपर बताए गए किसी भी राज्य के किसी भी ज़िले में जाकर काम करने के लिए सहमत होना होगा।

The facility of accomondation and food will not be provided by the company, the expences would be beared by the candidate. कंपनी की ओर से रहने और खाने की सुविधा नहीं दी जाएगी; इसका खर्च उम्मीदवार को खुद उठाना होगा।

Interview will only in face to face mode in Lucknow, U.P. head office and virtual interview will not be held at any cost. इंटरव्यू सिर्फ़ लखनऊ, U.P. हेड ऑफ़िस में आमने-सामने (face-to-face) होगा; किसी भी हाल में वर्चुअल इंटरव्यू नहीं होगा।

Work experience, educational qualification and skills:-

Minimum 1 year work experience of Sales and Business development.

Bachelor's degree or MBA-Marketing FRESHER will prefer.

Working knowledge of computer, MS word and email.

Job role and responsibilities

-

Business Development of Branch.

Regular visit to Franchise Offices within Branch Area.

Capable to Gain knowledge of All Segments & Products of Company.

Team Handling and able to manage them without disputes.

Pressure Handling.

Salary

- Rs.15,000 - 25,000/- per month + PF + Incentives + others.
