Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Handle complaint resolution with timely and effective solutions.

Participate in factory visits, training sessions, and industry interactions.

Manage digital assets using Dropbox or similar platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Marketing.

Experience in Exports, Construction, Manufacturing, or Design industries is preferred.

Strong English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
