About the Role

Comfygen Technologies is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Social Media & SMO Executive who can manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and an interest in video creation and editing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

Plan and create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.

Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels for social media.

Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.

Create creative graphics, social media posts, and promotional content.

Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.

Write engaging captions and basic social media copy.

Maintain a consistent brand image across social media platforms.

Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages.

Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports.

Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and management teams for content requirements.

Stay updated with the latest Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in Social Media, SMO, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.

Freshers with good creativity and practical social media knowledge are welcome.

Good knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.

Basic video shooting and video editing skills.

Familiarity with Canva and/or CapCut will be an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Confident personality and comfortable appearing in videos/reels when required.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation.

Ability to take initiative and generate new content ideas.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
