First Class Boiler Attendant

Operate and monitor the boiler and associated equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure boiler operation is maintained as per SOP, operating parameters and statutory requirements.

Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption and other critical parameters.

Supervise boiler start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.

Monitor feed water system, pumps, fans, valves, fuel system, ash handling and blowdown.

Ensure proper combustion and efficient boiler performance.

Check boiler auxiliaries and identify abnormal conditions, leakages or equipment problems.

Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production and E&I teams for breakdowns and corrective actions.

Maintain boiler logbooks, shift reports, operational records and fuel/chemical consumption records.

Ensure proper water treatment and maintain required boiler water quality parameters.

Supervise Boiler Attendants, Helpers and other boiler operating staff.

Ensure proper housekeeping in the boiler and utility area.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, emergency procedures and statutory compliance requirements.

Take immediate action during abnormal/emergency boiler conditions and inform the concerned authority.

Support preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.

Ensure uninterrupted and safe steam supply to the production process.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
