Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations.
- Plan and coordinate dispatches, transportation, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inward/outward and inventory records.
- Prepare and verify E-Way Bills, invoices, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain logistics and inventory transactions in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
- Prepare dispatch, inventory, and logistics reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper packing, storage, handling, and movement of products within the warehouse.
- Resolve delivery and dispatch issues and monitor logistics costs.
- Supervise warehouse/logistics staff and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
