IT Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Intern with strong data management skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data while leveraging AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain large datasets with accuracy.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Analysis tools.
• Generate MIS reports and business insights from data.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and other automation platforms to improve workflows.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and data processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data security.
• Collaborate with different departments to collect and manage information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Understanding of AI tools and their practical business applications.
• Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
