Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and

eligibility criteria.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries.

• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.

• Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship options, and payment plans to students

and parents.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.

• Conduct counselling sessions through calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and admission processes.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12 th Pass \& Graduation in any stream.

• Experience in Education Counselling / Academic Sales / Admission Counselling preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
