Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.

Handle pizza oven and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain proper mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team during high-volume service.

Monitor stock and inform seniors about ingredient requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Previous experience in pizza making or Italian cuisine preferred.

Knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and baking techniques.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Freshers with relevant culinary training may also be considered.
