Watchman – Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor the hotel premises and keep an eye on security.
Check and monitor the entry and exit of staff and visitors.
Stay alert and report any suspicious activity to the management.
Keep watch over the hotel’s property, equipment and surroundings.
Maintain security during the assigned day/night shift.
Assist customers and staff when required.
Handle basic security situations and inform management immediately in case of any issue.
Maintain a security register/log if required.
Maintain discipline and follow the hotel’s security rules and procedures.
Be alert, responsible and punctual throughout the shift.
