Luxury retail store sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Store Sales Executive to handle sales activities, assist customers, maintain product displays, and contribute to achieving store revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in retail sales and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Store Operations

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.

Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed.

Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.

Support daily opening and closing activities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and store procedures.

Billing & Inventory

Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

Assist with stock receiving, arrangement, replenishment, and transfers.

Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about low-stock items.

Assist with regular stock checks and inventory audits.

Minimize product damage and stock discrepancies.

Sales Reporting

Maintain daily sales records and customer information where required.

Share daily sales updates and customer feedback with the Store Manager.

Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and new product launches.

Teamwork

Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members.

Participate in daily team briefings and sales discussions.

Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, lifestyle, gifting, fashion, jewellery, or a similar industry.

Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also be considered.
