Guest Relations Executive

About the Role

BLR Brewing Co. is looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of the brand and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage reservations, guest seating, table allocation, and waitlists.
• Build positive relationships with regular, VIP, and new guests.
• Understand and cater to guest preferences and special requests.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the service, bar, kitchen, and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth guest flow and an elevated dining experience.
• Assist with special occasions, events, and guest requirements.
• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and professional etiquette.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or premium F&B.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, approachable, and pleasant personality.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Good grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience with restaurant reservations/POS systems will be an advantage.

Pay

₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
