- Manage daily bakery production
- Prepare sourdough bread and bakery products
- Handle mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Prepare breads, focaccia, ciabatta, buns, and other bakery products
- Prepare pastries and premium desserts
- Supervise and guide Bakery Commis
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Control wastage and ingredient requirements
- Maintain bakery hygiene and production standards
- Ensure proper production planning and timely preparation
- Maintain proper storage and handling of bakery products
