Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team with routine recruitment, coordination, documentation, and employee-related activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Support job posting and resume collection activities.
• Screen resumes based on basic role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and team members.
• Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with joining formalities and basic employee documentation.
• Update HR records and maintain files systematically.
• Support attendance and other routine HR-related data updates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and required documents.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Eligibility

• Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn HR processes.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
