Telecalling Executive – Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams for smooth operations.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain proper communication and follow company calling procedures.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
