Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle field sales activities, develop new business opportunities, generate leads independently, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle field sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads independently through field activities, networking, references, and local market development.
• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
• Provide regular field activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
• Two-Wheeler – Mandatory
• Willingness to undertake regular field work and travel.
• Must be capable of generating leads independently.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

Experienced candidates preferred.

Candidates with experience in field sales, direct sales, solar, renewable energy, or related industries will be given preference.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
