Manage the helpdesk/front desk operations for residential apartments or gated communities.

Attend and respond to residents' queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Coordinate with Technical, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance teams for service requirements.

Maintain daily complaint registers, service records, and reports.

Follow up with concerned departments until the issue is resolved.

Communicate important updates, notices, and facility-related information to residents.

Handle visitor, resident, vendor, and service-related coordination as required.

Monitor pending complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Facility Manager.

Maintain good customer service and professional communication with residents.

Support the Facility Manager in daily administrative and operational activities.

Maintain proper records of move-in/move-out, visitor entries, service requests, and other community activities, as applicable.

Ensure a positive resident experience through prompt and courteous service
