Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Transition smoothly between voice and chat support tasks if required by business volume.

Update customer records and interaction details accurately in the CRM database.

Adhere strictly to data security, process guidelines, and compliance standards. [1, 2]

Requirements & Skills

Experience

2 years of core BPO experience with at least 1 year specifically in an international chat or voice environment. [1, 2, 3]

Communication

Excellent spoken and written English skills (Neutral accent preferred). [1, 2]

Education

Any Graduate or Under-Graduate with relevant documentation. [1, 2, 3]

Flexibility

Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and night shifts. [1]
