WE ARE HIRING – BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Sales Manager to manage branch operations, lead the sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.

Handle client consultations and convert leads into sales.

Manage walk-ins, follow-ups and customer relationships.

Monitor branch sales performance, revenue and daily reports.

Train and motivate the team to improve sales performance.

Coordinate with doctors, consultants and other departments.

Ensure excellent customer service and proper branch discipline.

Requirements

Graduate / equivalent qualification.

Strong experience in sales and branch management is required.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, skincare, aesthetics or similar industries will be preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership and convincing skills.

Target-oriented with strong team-handling ability.

Good knowledge of sales follow-up and customer conversion.
