Key Responsibilities
- Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Quality & Standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and restaurant hygiene.
- Team Leadership
- Coordinate, guide, and support the floor and kitchen teams.
- Customer Relations
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Inventory & Costing
- Monitor basic inventory levels, track wastage, and assist with cost control.
- Innovation & Growth
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to boost customer engagement, improve operations, and increase brand visibility.
What We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
Education: Graduate or final-year student in Hotel Management / Hospitality. (Prior internship or basic hospitality experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)
