Position Overview

The Product Analyst for Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle EBS, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring efficient implementation to Oracle EBS applications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration of process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle ERP context

Familiarity with Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany applications and understanding of business processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Exposure to Agile development methodology

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial compliance

Preferred skills/certification

Certified SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications

Oracle EBS General Ledger certifications

Understanding of Oracle EBS ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design

Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and new feature adoption
