Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Noida for early-career professionals or freshers. The Customer Support team member will handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, timely assistance on FusionEdge’s platform features and basic technical issues. Responsibilities include documenting and tracking customer interactions, resolving common product and usage concerns, and escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams. The role also involves guiding customers through product workflows, collecting feedback on product performance, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Support skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and service-oriented problem-solving.

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage customer expectations effectively.

Candidates should possess basic Technical Support capabilities to understand product features, troubleshoot common user issues, and escalate problems appropriately.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to processes and product usability.

Additional beneficial qualifications include good verbal and written communication in English, comfort working with software tools and ticketing systems, ability to learn quickly, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Should have excellent Excel proficiency and english communication skills.
