Your specific job duties include

• Managing telephonic and walk in enquiries of students/parents using official phone and front office at the institute.
• Understanding the student requirements and suggesting them the right courses and packages.
• Well informed and properly updated about the courses, colleges, examinations, and allotments.
• Support the Marketing department as and when required in outdoor marketing activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain data in various formats as requested by the Company, like MS Excel, CRM etc.
• Respond to queries from students/parents and give timely support when requested.
• Attend admission enquiry calls and convert them to admissions.
• Inform about webinars, workshops, courses and other marketing or admissions related activities as and when required.
• Regular follow up on leads assigned to take admissions and monitoring the Counsellors.
• Update customers about upcoming exams/allotment dates.
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the reporting authority.
• Take an active role in processing student enquiry from initial enquiry to branch visit and/or at relevant stages and convert to admissions.
• To handle the office mobile provided to you.

Requirements

Excellent communication & language skills

Quick learner.

Graduate in any stream

Willingness to work as a team.

Knowledge in MS Excel

Previous work experience will be an added advantage.
