Discrepancy Management: Identify and escalate mismatched or suspicious documents, coordinating with relevant teams (Customer Support, Risk, HR) for resolution. Compliance & SOPs: Adhere strictly to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines (like KYC). Age criteria 18 to 29 years
