Puff Maker / Bakery Production Chef

Location

Taj Palace Bakery, Old Washermenpet, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

Work begins daily at 7:00 AM.

Upon arrival, employees must maintain personal cleanliness and ensure their work area is cleaned and sanitized before starting production.

Prepare bakery products following strict hygiene and quality standards.

Products to be prepared include

Veg Puffs

Egg Puffs

Chicken Puffs

Mutton Puffs

Cheese Puffs

Croissants

Ensure all products are prepared consistently according to the bakery's quality standards.

After production, arrange and pack the products neatly in their designated trays, boxes, or containers.

Hand over finished products to the pickup and delivery personnel and ensure all dispatched items are properly recorded in the production and sales accounts.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and workstations throughout the day.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

(Break timings will be assigned by management.)

Company Rules

Mobile phones are not permitted during working hours except in case of emergencies and with management approval.

Employees are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Quality, hygiene, and timely production are mandatory requirements of the position.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in preparing bakery puff products and croissants.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.

Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
