Handle day-to-day electrical and AC maintenance across the office premises.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring, switches, lighting, and electrical equipment.

Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of AC units.

Diagnose AC issues such as cooling problems, gas leakage, drainage, and electrical faults.

Carry out regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Respond promptly to electrical and AC breakdowns and maintenance requests.

Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety standards.

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent qualification.

Good knowledge of electrical systems, AC servicing, and troubleshooting.

HR contact -

Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness.

Ability to work independently and handle urgent maintenance requirements.

Experience in office/commercial building maintenance will be an advantage.
