Client Communication Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Communication Executive to manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
• Understand and document client requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Provide clients with regular project updates.
• Follow up on pending requirements, feedback, and approvals.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and project updates.
• Understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Escalate technical or project-related issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of websites, Shopify, mobile apps, digital marketing, or IT services.
• Ability to communicate with international clients professionally.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Fresher or candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Pay
